Berrie Oat Bake Tray
Easy & light snack😋
Ingredients:
- 200g Oats
- 150g berries mix
- 100g Honey
- 50g Butter plus a little to grease the tin
- 60g Almond flakes
- Icing sugar to sprinkle on top
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/ Gas Mark 4
1. Mash the berries in a small bowl. In a medium sized bowl, melt the butter and honey together.
2. Take it off the heat, add oats and almonds, mix well so that they are all covered.
3. Grease the tin using a bit of butter,scoop half of the oats mixture into the tin and press firmly with the back of the spoon. Scoop the mashed berries to cover the whole surface.
4. Add the rest of the oats mixture on top and press lightly with the back of a spoon.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. When done baking, take it out and leave it to cool down.
*Sprinkle icing sugar on top and enjoy*
