Chicken Breast Kebab Meat
A way to enjoy a homemade takeaway
Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 3 Tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- 3 Garlic cloves
- All purpose seasoning
- Oregano
- Half of a potatoe
- Half of an onion
Recipe:
1. Cut the chicken breasts into thicker strips, add olive oil and season with all the seasoning mentioned above. Chop the garlic cloves as small as possible.
2. Add the garlic to the chicken and mix well, make sure that every chicken strip is covered in seasoning.
3. Cover the bowl with aluminium foil and leave it in the fridge overnight.
4. The next day, take the chicken out of the fridge. Cut half an onion and a potatoe, take one bbq skewer, place the potatoe at the end of the skewer followed by all the chicken stripa and half an onion at the end.
5. Place the kebab meat skewer into a heat-resistant dish, pour a bit of olive oil in the dish so that the meat does not stick to it.
6. Bake at 180 degrees or gas mark 4 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Make sure to flip the skewer on the other side half way through baking.
