Party Turnovers
Quick and easy to enjoy for a party or lunch
Makes 12 turnovers
Ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry
- Slices of ham
- Slices of pepperoni
- 100g Shredded mozzarella
- 1 Egg
- Ketchup
- Nandos Perinaise
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 4
1. Roll out the puff pastry, cut it into 4 thicker strips and cut it twice horizontally to make 12 squares.
2. Squeeze a little bit of ketchup on 6 of the puff pastry squares, put a slice of pepperoni in the middle and sprinkle some cheese. Fold the opposite corners in the middle and squeeze it a little.
3. Do the same with the ham but instead add the nandos sauce. Place them onto non stick parchment paper, whisk one egg and brush each turnover.
4. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
