Kickstart to the day salad

 

Filling & a great start to the day,
full of protein and vitamins. 

Ingredients: 
- Wild rocket 
- Spinach 
- Cherry tomatoes 
- Boiled egg 
- 3 Slices of smoked chicken or turkey 
- Cucumber 
- Red pepper 
- Small carrot
- 100g natural yogurt 
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs 
- Lemon 


Recipe:
1. Boil the egg for 8 minutes. Cut up the vegetables, chicken/turkey, grate the carrot and combine with the salad. 

2. To make the sauce, season natural yogurt with salt, pepper, a pinch of garlic powder, Italian herbs and few drops of fresh lemon. Mix and drizzle over the salad.
